The Children are characters in Llamas with Hats. They are only seen in the "Llamas with Hats: Cruise Catastrophe" game. Many, if not all, of the children on board the cruise ship in "Llamas with Hats 2" and the Llamas with Hats: Cruise Catastrophe game were head butted overboard, off of the ship and into the water, by Carl.
